By registering or participating in any event organized by Desmo Digital Hub, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Event Participation

1.1. All participants must register through the official registration channel provided by Desmo Digital Hub.

1.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

1.3. Desmo Digital Hub reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to comply with event rules.

1.4. Participants must be in good health and physically fit to participate. Desmo Digital Hub will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or fatalities arising during or after the event.

1.5. Minors (below 18 years old) must obtain parental or guardian consent before registering.

2. Event Kit & Collection

2.1. All event kits (e.g. t-shirts, medals, or merchandise, if applicable) must be collected at the designated venue, date, and time as announced.

2.2. Desmo Digital Hub will not ship or deliver event kits unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Failure to collect event kits during the scheduled period will be considered a forfeiture. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation

3.1. Desmo Digital Hub reserves the right to modify event details or cancel any event at its sole discretion.

3.2. Participants will be notified of any such changes through official communication channels (email, website, or social media).

3.3. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, natural disaster, government restrictions, safety concerns), merchandise will still be distributed, no refund will be made, and the event will be deemed successfully completed.

4. Liability & Indemnity

4.1. Desmo Digital Hub, its staff, sponsors, and partners shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred during the event.

4.2. Participants agree to indemnify Desmo Digital Hub against any claims or liabilities arising from their participation.

5. Media & Privacy

5.1. By participating, you grant Desmo Digital Hub the right to use photos, videos, or other media of the event featuring you for promotional purposes.

5.2. Personal information collected will be used solely for event management, communication, and updates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.

6. General

6.1. Desmo Digital Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6.2. The final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions lies solely with Desmo Digital Hub.
